Your next nursing opportunity starts here! We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with proven home health and OASIS documentation experience for a 13-week full-time contract. If you thrive in an autonomous, patient-focused environment and excel at managing a structured schedule, this is your chance to make a significant impact while advancing your home health career.
Schedule:- 13-week contract, full-time
- Monday through Friday
- On-call requirements likely
- Defined daily visit expectations
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care according to individualized patient care plans
- Complete accurate and timely patient assessments, including OASIS documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Provide wound care, medication administration, patient education, and chronic disease monitoring
- Regularly communicate changes in condition or care needs to the clinical team
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN home health experience
- Proficiency with OASIS documentation (required)
- Familiarity with Home Care Home Base (strongly preferred)
- Ability to manage daily home visits and a structured schedule independently
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
