Role:
Night shift Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities:Under RN supervision, perform nursing assessments, delegate tasks to LPNs and Nursing Assistants, develop care plans collaboratively, and communicate patient information across shifts to ensure positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, residents, and families.
Qualifications:Graduate of an approved nursing program, current state nursing license or pending licensure, with preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
