Schedule:

36 hours weekly, shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM or potentially 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM, including weekend rotations.

Job Description:

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) will deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency environment. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recent experience in emergency nursing, demonstrating the ability to perform rapid assessments, triage patients, manage trauma, and provide advanced life support in various medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct rapid patient assessments and triage medical conditions.
• Manage trauma cases and provide advanced medical interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
• Maintain expertise in IV access and other advanced nursing interventions.
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards while delivering nursing care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in an emergency room setting.
• Active RN License (WV or Compact required; pending licenses accepted for submission).
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (preferred).
• Strong skills in rapid assessment, triage, and trauma management.
