We utilize an acuity tool to optimize patient assignments and ensure appropriate staffing levels. Clinical nurse coordinators provide leadership on every shift, facilitating daily huddles, managing patient flow, and rounding on patients. The nurse manager maintains a strong presence on the unit, actively engaging with staff and patients daily.
