CNA – LTC​/SNF

Nursing Assistant Position

Provide quality nursing assistant care within a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting, ensuring resident safety and comfort while supporting clinical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to healthcare staff.
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure compliance with facility policies.
• Document care provided accurately and timely in resident records.
• Follow safety procedures and promote a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Support ongoing patient care initiatives and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CNA certification or license.
• Demonstrate knowledge of long-term care and skilled nursing practices.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit compassion, patience, and attention to detail.
• Be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks required in a clinical setting.
• Complete required background checks and immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
