Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide assistive patient care in a skilled nursing facility on a local basis. The role involves supporting nursing staff to ensure quality patient outcomes and compliance with facility standards.

Responsibilities:

• Support nursing staff with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Document patient observations and report changes to healthcare team.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Follow facility protocols and safety procedures consistently.
• Assist with patient nutritional needs and provide emotional support.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification with current state licensing.
• Proven experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Ability to adhere to infection control and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Must comply with vaccination and identification requirements as per facility policies.
