Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate – Long Term Acute Care

Location:

Select Specialty Hospital – Morgantown (inside Mon Health, 4th Floor).

Schedule:

6-6:30, days or nights. Compensation: $37.16 per hour, plus shift differentials for nights and weekends. Sign‑on bonus: $20,000.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the physician and preceptor to assure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow‑up of the plan of care for patients.
  • Initiate ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients/families.
  • Interpret assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan containing problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long‑term goals and discharge planning.
  • Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
  • Ensure that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
  • Valid state RN license required.
  • BLS certification required at hire.
  • Flexibility of scheduling to complete program requirements.
