We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse resident population and providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Shift & Scheduling Requirements- Primary shifts are 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (Evenings) and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM (Nights).
- Candidates must be flexible to work either shift.
- The facility has a greater need for night shift coverage, so flexibility for nights is strongly preferred.
- Some 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) may be available throughout the week.
- Provide hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Assist with repositioning, transfers, and maintaining resident comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to support quality resident care.
- Promote dignity, independence, and a positive experience for residents.

The facility provides 2 days of orientation :
- Day 1:
Computer training and required paperwork - Day 2:
Hands-on shadowing with facility staff
The facility currently uses paper documentation but is transitioning to Point Click Care (PCC) very soon. Candidates should be comfortable adapting to a new electronic charting system as the transition takes place.
Facility SettingThis is primarily a Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing facility with an additional 8-bed Assisted Living unit. The CNA will have the opportunity to work with residents requiring varying levels of care while contributing to a supportive and compassionate environment.
