River Oaks Healthcare Center, part of the Communi Care Family of Companies, is seeking an RN MDS Nurse / RAC to lead MDS assessments and coordinate the RAI process. The role reports to the Executive Director and focuses on delivering compliant, high-quality resident care and accurate reimbursement.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active RN license in the state of employment and prefers 3 years of long-term care experience with MDS/RAI exposure.
