• Provide routine nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision of an RN or charge nurse.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions, document vital signs and changes, and respond to urgent concerns per protocol.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote resident comfort, safety, and dignity.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and communicate resident status.
• Ensure accurate charting, regulatory compliance, and adherence to facility policies.

• Active Practical Nurse license.
• Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00–07:30).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow and update care plans.
• Willingness to complete required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to travel for temporary assignment.
