CNA – LTC​/SNF

$667.08/week –

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate and efficient nursing assistance to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures consistently.
• Document resident care activities and observations accurately.
• Support medication administration under supervision, when trained and qualified.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of CNA training and certification.
• Possess a valid CNA license in the state of practice.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show ability to work in a rotating schedule with flexibility.
• Comply with facility policies regarding vaccination and identification requirements.
• Bring valid  required vaccination documentation to assignment.
