Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for LTC/SNF setting to provide comprehensive patient care in a long-term and skilled nursing facility. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing services to diverse patient populations.

• Assess and monitor patients' health status and record findings accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and documentation standards.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding identification and vaccination requirements.

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the applicable state.
• Proven experience in LTC or SNF environments preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including Thu, Fri, Sat.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemptions required.
• Ability to bring proper identification and wear photo badges at all times.
