CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide direct patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Support the healthcare team by assisting residents with daily activities and ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition changes.
• Follow infection control protocols, including PPE usage and reporting exposures.
• Support the care plan by providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification and active license.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments.
• Ability to stand, lift, and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Strong communication and compassionate care skills.
• Willing to adhere to vaccination and PPE requirements.
• Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts consistently.
