Registered Nurse – LTC​/SNF

$1713.60/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated LTC RN to provide comprehensive nursing care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting. This role involves working alternating night shifts to ensure patient well-being and safety around the clock.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient health status and record vital signs and clinical observations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Provide patient education and support to residents and their families.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities thoroughly in the EMR system.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid WV or Compact RN license; pending licenses accepted.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in LTC or SNF settings.
• Demonstrate current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Be able to work night shifts (3×12 or 4×12) and alternating weekends.
• Have references from recent managerial or charge nurse roles within the past 2 years.
• Exhibit strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
