Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

$2105.28/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide compassionate and skilled care in a 21-bed Medical Surgical unit. The nurse will monitor patients, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, including titratable drips such as Heparin.
• Monitor telemetry strips and interpret dysrhythmias.
• Collaborate with charge nurses and house supervisors to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education.

Qualifications:

• Valid and unexpired RN license required.
• Current BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in Medical Surgical units preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips and dysrhythmias.
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
