Registered Nurse - Full-Time

Role: Registered Nurse in Home Health, responsible for providing and supervising nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and agency policies.

• Develop, implement, and revise patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Supervise home health aides and licensed nurses, provide instruction, and perform supervisory visits.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, complete accurate documentation, and ensure care quality and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Participate in team activities, orientation, performance improvement, and on-call rotations.

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in the practice state.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse home environments.
• Preferred: 1+ years of home health experience, strong communication, and organizational skills.
