Qualifications:

The successful applicant for this position must possess and/or show evidence of the following:

• Valid WV Certificate in the area for which applying.
• The ability to work with a school to support learning as a health care provider and manager in the school setting.
• The ability to advocate for the health rights of children and promote an optimal level of wellness for students and staff.
• Exhibits the following roles:
• Manager of health care
• Deliverer of health services
• Advocate for health rights of children
• Consultant for the health concerns of students, families, and staff
• Promoter of sound health care practices within the school and community
