Registered Nurse – LTC​/SNF

Call for Salary Rate -

Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities, ensuring quality patient outcomes and adherence to healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms diligently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care efforts.
• Educate residents and families on health management and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all nursing activities.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Possess current CPR and BLS certification.
• Demonstrate at least one year of nursing experience in LTC/SNF settings.
• Complete all required immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
• Be able to provide valid state or federal identification and professional credentials.
