Registered Nurse – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive wound care and resident support while maintaining compliance with facility standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor wound conditions, developing appropriate care plans.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care and wound progress.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and facility policies.
• Support facility staff as needed, including floor coverage and emergency response.

Qualifications:

• Valid state RN license in good standing.
• Proven experience in LTC or SNF settings.
• Knowledge of wound care protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including floor shifts.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and safety.
