Unit Manager, RN

Unit Manager/Director - RN responsible for overseeing nursing operations within an assigned unit to ensure high-quality care, positive clinical outcomes, and satisfaction for patients, residents, families, and staff.

• Lead, coordinate, and manage nursing care delivery in compliance with organizational mission, policies, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, performance assessment, and disciplinary actions.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school or university.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in nursing care.
• Ability to manage staff effectively and foster a supportive work environment.
