Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$2154.24/week -

Job Summary:

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment with an 8-bed capacity. Deliver compassionate patient support while managing diverse cases and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately to determine priority of care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including NP/PA providers for comprehensive patient management.
• Monitor and document patient responses, vital signs, and treatment plans consistently.
• Maintain adherence to safety, infection control, and hospital policies during all patient interactions.
• Support emergent situations by executing emergency protocols effectively.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse with current unexpired license.
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS.
• Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, including every other weekend, and holidays.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Pyxis medication system and ER procedures.
