• Administer medications and monitor residents per care plans and physician orders
• Perform basic nursing procedures under supervision of a registered nurse
• Assess residents, document findings, and support care plan updates
• Provide wound care, hygiene assistance, and routine treatments as delegated
• Respond to call lights, ensure resident safety, and maintain infection control standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate timely and appropriate care

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in West Virginia or eligible for licensure
• Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts and commit to an 8-week assignment
• Experience in or willingness to work in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
  
  Basic charting and documentation skills for electronic health records
• Ability to follow care plans, adhere to safety protocols, and work in a fast-paced environment
