Weekend RN Supervisor​/Wound Nurse

Pine View Center, a residential treatment facility in Spanish Fork, Utah, is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor/Wound Nurse to oversee nursing care for youth with mental and behavioral health needs. In this on-site role, you will lead weekend nursing staff, manage complex wound care, and provide direct RN assessments, medication administration, and crisis response. You will collaborate closely with therapists and direct care staff in a structured, therapeutic environment focused on safety, stabilization, and skill-building, supporting residents' progress and successful reintegration into the community.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend nursing staff and coordinate nursing coverage for residential units.
• Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and ongoing monitoring for youth residents.
• Complete RN assessments, administer medications, and monitor treatment responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and trauma-informed care protocols.
• Respond to behavioral and medical crises and lead de-escalation and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR and required reports.
• Educate staff on wound care, nursing best practices, and policy compliance.
• Communicate with leadership regarding resident status, incidents, and staffing needs.
• Support a structured, therapeutic environment aligned with Pine View Center's mission.
