Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a OR RN to take an assignment in Ronceverte, West Virginia.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on September 21, 2026.

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• Minimum 2 years RN experience required
• 2 years experience specifically required for OR RN position
• First-time travelers accepted
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Charting system experience required
• Previous Charge experience not specified

• WV or Compact License required; pending license accepted for submission

• Experience with various surgical procedures (e.g., Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Arthroscopy, C-sections, Da Vinci Robotics, Laparoscopic procedures, etc.)
• Abilities in multiple specific scrub surgeries and specimen handling
• Competency in infection control and laser safety
• Experience in starting Peripheral IVs and patient care across a range of age groups (infants to geriatrics)

• Experience with patient age groups:
  Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics
• Required to float to different units if needed (day surgery, endoscopy, PACU, holding areas)

• Charting System: CERNER
• Current employees of Vandalia Health System facilities are not eligible for travel contracts

• Minimum 2 Manager/Charge Nurse references within the past 2 years required
• RN License verification within 2 days of submission date required
• All required certifications must be included in the submission packet and listed on the application
• Compliance and orientation modules required (average completion time: 2-6 hours) and must be completed prior to the start date

• Candidates must reside a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility, preference given on a case-by-case basis for those between 75-99 miles
• Former permanent employees must wait 2 years from last employment date before returning as travelers

• All required certifications (BLS, ACLS, and PALS) must be through the American Heart Association (AHA)
