• Lead and oversee nursing services to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance within the facility
• Collaborate with the medical director, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Supervise nursing staff, including scheduling, performance feedback, coaching, and in-service training
• Monitor documentation for accuracy and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and survey readiness
• Drive quality improvement initiatives, infection prevention, and risk management activities
• Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges while coordinating care transitions to support patient outcomes and census needs

• Active RN license (eligibility in West Virginia or current state) and ability to practice in the assignment location
• Leadership or management experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and regulatory compliance skills
• Ability to oversee a 40-hour workweek in a travel assignment and adapt to change in a facility setting
• Effective communication and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement initiatives
