Every other weekend required.

Rate of Pay: $26.00-$29.73

Choose the compensation option that works best for you:

Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to program terms; or
Decline the sign-on bonus and receive an additional $2.25 per hour, subject to eligibility and program terms.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plan
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
Document accurately and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines

Requirements:

Current LPN license in West Virginia
CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
