CNA - LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide patient care assistance in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting, supporting the healthcare team to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record patient vitals and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Follow infection control protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with facility policies.
• Adhere to facility-specific schedule patterns and staffing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings.
• Ability to follow medical instructions and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must bring a valid state or federal  wear a photo badge at all times.
• Must have completed COVID-19 vaccination or hold a documented religious or medical exemption.
