Insurance Specialist, Life & Health (Implementation)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSEnd-to-end implementation of benefits within Employee Navigator.

Partner with our internal sales team to gather required client and plan information.

Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, and contribution strategies within the system.

Build and maintain accurate employee census and enrollment data..Manage and support open enrollment setup, testing, and execution within the platform.

Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate plan setup and timelines.

Validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies prior to go-live.

Provide client support and guidance throughout the implementation process.

Serve as a primary point of contact for benefit administration system setup and questions.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.

Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.

Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.

Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

One to four years of related work experience is required.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS Valid Insurance license for Life and Health Lines is preferred.
