QualityControl In-Line Technician – 3rd Shift About the Role
The Quality Control In-Line Technician plays a critical role in ensuring product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance within a fast‑paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. This position monitors production processes, performs inspections, and documents results to maintain Kan Pak’s high standards for beverage and food products.
What You’ll Do- Conduct in-line product evaluations, including physical, chemical, and sensory testing
- Inspect packaging integrity through visual checks and tear‑down analysis
- Verify correct labeling and packaging formats
- Monitor, record, and verify processing parameters
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and quality records
- Partner with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and regulatory procedures
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2–3 years of related experience preferred
- 6–12 months of food manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting
- Reliability, accountability, and integrity
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent reaching, handling, and manual inspection work
- Occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching
- Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision
- Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Environment: 24/7 food manufacturing facility
- Weekend and overtime availability required
- Exposure to production conditions (temperature changes, noise, machinery)
