Pilgrim’s is seeking a Quality Assurance Superintendent to lead the FSQA team and oversee HACCP, SSOP, and food safety programs in the plant. You’ll supervise QA staff, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with USDA/OSHA regulations while supporting audits and customer programs.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Food Science or equivalent experience, supervisory background in poultry processing, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
