The franchisee, which holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, discipline, staffing and scheduling. RequirementsShift managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintain quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security and profitability, and communicate the shift’s performance to the next Shift Manager. They may also meet department targets and open shifts for future teams.

You must be 18 years or older to serve as manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
