Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Associate to join our team at A&W 9935 in Pleasant Valley, WV. The Food Associate will be responsible for taking customer orders, preparing food items, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare food items according to A&W standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with stocking inventory and supplies
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
