Shift Manager

Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager leads crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service and cleanliness.

Shift Managers plan each shift, monitor performance, take corrective action to meet standards, monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift.

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality; not required.
• You must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

• Competitive pay: $32,000/yr. (Shift Manager Trainee) or $34,300/yr. (Certified Shift Manager).
