- - Responsibilities:
Clean dining hall table tops, counters, and window sills; ensure floors are swept and mopped daily with bi-weekly waxing.;
Napkin dispensers, salt and pepper shakers, and condiment dispensers full before and after each meal.;
Wash, peel, slice, and cut vegetables and fruits; prepare simple salads and beverages; assist with baking decorations as needed.;
Wash pots, pans, and utensils; remove dishes from collection station as per contract requirements; maintain kitchen floors and equipment cleanliness.;
Provide cleaning services within a Food Service environment and assist with serving customers with correct portions and menu items.
