O'Charley's - 3060 Champion Drive - Responsibilities:
Sets up and breaks down dish machine and cleans machine thoroughly;
Washes and stores dishes, small wares and glasses according to procedures;
Checks water temperature during dishwashing to ensure proper temperature;
Cleans and sanitizes garbage cans and keeps liners in cans;
Works as a team with Line Cooks to maintain a clean kitchen area and efficient food service
