* ** Team Leadership:
** Manage and lead teams in various departments, including cashier, cook, kitchen prep, backline, drive-thru, and front house.
* ** Cash Control and Security:
** Ensure adherence to cash control and security procedures, including safe counting and cash drawer management.
* ** Motivation:
** Inspire and motivate team members to excel in their roles during the shift, providing guidance and support.
* ** Operational Excellence:
** Implement shift plans and work hard to drive operational results, setting a positive example for team members.
* ** Customer Service:
** Deliver a high level of customer service and hospitality, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience.
* ** Physical Stamina:
** Be physically fit to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods, with the ability to access all areas of the restaurant and lift/push objects weighing over 50 pounds.
