• Meal Prep & Service:Prepare and serve delicious meals in compliance with USDA and health department guidelines.

• Daily Operations:Follow kitchen Standard Operating Procedures, utilize equipment safely, and manage the serving line efficiently.
• Inventory Control:Manage inventory to ensure correct delivery, rotation, and storage of food items.
• Quality Improvement:Participate in the organization’s quality improvement (PQI) processes to help improve service delivery.

• Age 23+
  
  Required:
  
  Per state residential childcare licensing laws, you must be at least 23 years old (no exceptions).
• Education:High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience:Minimum of 1 year of relevant food service or kitchen experience.
• Background Check:Ability to pass fingerprinting and clearance through WV CARES and APS/CPS. Davis Stuart is a licensed residential facility. All employment offers are strictly contingent upon a clear fingerprint-based background check and registry search through the West Virginia Clearance for Access:
  Registry and Employment Screening (WV CARES) program.
  Applicants with disqualifying offenses under W. Va. Code R. § 71-11-2 cannot be hired. However, candidates with minor, non-violent historic offenses who are eligible to pursue a WV CARES Variance Request are welcome to apply.
• Drug Screening:Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
