Mack's Bingo Bakery, a part of Farms Work Wonders, is seeking a skilled baker to join our team. You will lead with quality, consistency, approachability, and a fresh perspective, mentoring Junior Crew and apprentices while delivering cookies, seasonal treats, and our growing bread program.
Reporting to the Bakery Manager, you will help build a culture of learning and pride in the craft, contribute to a community-focused Appalachian program, and bring warmth to guests and team alike.
