Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and retail shrink.;
Greet and engage every guest, personalizing service to their needs and recommending products/services.;
Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis for guests; demonstrate products.;
Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver guest experience and sales goals.;
Build and maintain customer relationships and follow up on inquiries.
