The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
• Performing cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hanging signage, assembling merchandise and fixtures, and reviewing planogram integrity.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, and Add Value.
• Ensuring a superior shopping experience.
• Providing peak coverage during high-traffic times.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle is required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.
• Work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and complete documentation accurately.
• Handle and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Operate vehicles and be physically capable of moving throughout the store efficiently.
