Communicates and explains Membership types programs and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions and promote value of Sam's Club products and services;
Provides Customer Member service by acknowledging Customer Member needs assisting with purchasing decisions locating merchandise resolving Customer Member issues and concerns;
Maintains area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing the car wash and gas station area and ensuring pricing signage;
Receives and stocks merchandise and supplies and organizes facility following procedures and documentation;
Operates cash registers and processes customer purchases using appropriate payment types.
