Hourly Rate: $15.00 – $19.51 (based on job, location, and schedule)

You’ll also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting so every customer feels welcome the moment they walk in.

• Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact. Greet teammates, keep the sales floor clean and organized, and review sales goals, new arrivals, top-selling items, and current promotions.
• On the floor, focus on the customer—offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and build customer relationships to encourage return visits.
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
• Finish Strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have what they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you.
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
• Strive for excellence by learning, improving, and delivering both individual and store results.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30+ hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts. • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance and punctuality
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
• Able to meet daily sales goals
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture, adaptable to changing priorities
  • You can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
• Proficient with electronic devices

• Talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
• Standing for extended periods; lifting at least 25 lbs; stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders; reaching, including above eye level
• Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment to perform job functions and process transactions
