Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

The Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker role supports Sam’s Club operations by stocking and maintaining freezer, cooler, and deli areas, ensuring product availability, quality, and sanitation. The role involves customer service on the front lines in the deli department and contributing to a safe, clean, and member-ready environment.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area, proper handling of claims and returns, stocking merchandise, organizing displays, removing damaged goods, pricing, audits, and documentation; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Provide member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
• Follow policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling policies, equipment sanitation, Cold Chain procedures, and area cleaning.
• Assist in keeping displays and equipment in good working order and report issues to management.

• High attention to quality, sanitation, and temperature control of products in frozen, cooler, and deli areas.
• Ability to adapt to changing work scenarios and provide friendly customer service.
• Minimum qualifications:
  
  Must be 18 years of age or older.
