Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. In this growing, high‑impact, customer‑focused role you’ll work both independently and as part of a team to positively impact each customer’s healthcare experience.

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion and care, and actively resolving potential service issues.
• Focus on the customer by offering a warm greeting, maintaining eye contact, and helping locate additional items when needed.
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks and credit card transactions while following company policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendors, updating pricing information and completing inventory tasks as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities when required.
• Provide customer support across all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of growth opportunities.
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that promote better health.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements:
  • Remain upright on feet for sustained periods.
  • Lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally; up to 10 lbs frequently.
  • Move objects including overhead lifting.
  • Maintain close visual acuity to view a computer terminal, read, and inspect small parts.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Part time

$15.00 – $18.00 per hour (base rate)
