General Merchandise Team Associate

Job Overview

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure hobbies and home improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.

• Hourly wage: $14 to $27 per hour (may equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
