T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Experts to join our Retail Team in Fayetteville, West Virginia. These brand ambassadors are passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience, driven by technology innovations and a deep understanding of customer needs. You'll serve and sell while ensuring a loyal customer base, using digital tools and training resources to enhance in-store interactions.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma/GED, and preferably 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail setting. We offer a competitive hourly wage starting at $19.50 plus performance-based incentives, all aimed at supporting your success at T-Mobile.
