Vendor Brand Specialist (Part‑Time)

Los Angeles, United States – On Site – 25 hours per week.

As the Vendor Brand Specialist, you will serve as a brand ambassador for GODIVA Chocolates and represent DFS. You will be on the sales floor, interacting with customers and meeting sales and productivity targets.

• Assist customers in selecting, purchasing, and refunding merchandise while demonstrating excellent customer service.
• Complete customer transactions in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify customer temperaments and recommend products that suit their style.
• Respond to customer queries and complaints politely and courteously; refer to the Manager on Duty if appropriate.
• Assist other sales staff during peak periods to ensure prompt customer service and reduce waiting times.
• Ensure floor presentation meets or exceeds brand and DFS requirements.
• Maintain reasonable stock levels of all merchandise in the department.
• Be familiar with the store layout; direct customers to merchandise, services, and facilities as appropriate.
• Assist the Management team in coordinating and executing merchandising activities, such as inventory management, promotional activities, and merchandise stock flow.

• High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and work experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Minimum 2+ years in sales or customer service experience in a retail environment; luxury sales, spirits, wine experience or brand ambassador experience preferred.
• Comfortable with one‑on‑one elevated customer service; clienteling experience.
• Familiar with using the POS Terminal; accurate and quick transaction handling.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• High energy level, positive approach to job and group responsibilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Secondary language speaking is beneficial, but not required.

Union, non‑exempt position with a base hourly rate of $24.50 and eligible for commission. Part‑time role scheduled for 25 hours per week.
