Responsibilities- Serve as primary conduit between the Hermes Boutique Manager, the regional merchant team, product brands, and customers.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a cross‑functional sales team to foster a luxury service experience.
- Assist the Hermes Boutique Manager to drive sales and improve team productivity.
- Partner to drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service, coaching, and a consistent luxury experience.
- Set clear goals and objectives focused on customer experience and productivity targets.
- Supervise the sales floor, manage team visibility for optimal staffing and coverage.
- Liaise with the Assistant General Manager (AGM) Sales on staff coverage and scheduling.
- Encourage the team to meet or exceed location sales and profitability targets while modeling desired sales behavior.
- Maintain high standard of product and brand knowledge among the team.
- Maintain floor presentation to meet or exceed brand and DFS requirements.
- Provide feedback on merchandise strategy, promotions, seasonal buys, and presentation stock levels.
- Degree or equivalent education/work experience to perform essential tasks.
- 3‑4+ years of retail management experience; luxury environment experience preferred.
- Proven success managing appointment‑driven business with a strong retained VIP client base.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with people at various levels.
- Outgoing and assertive personality with a desire to lead and inspire.
- Passion for the brands and products represented.
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written.

Hourly rate: $25.50 - $37.85, based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
