We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Retail Associate. The individual will generate revenue and handle sales transactions through excellent product knowledge, provide prompt customer service, and maintain a fun, clean, comfortable store environment. The role will require working closely with the team, quick on your feet, and an engaging attitude.

Carry out the policies and procedures of Benchmark Hospitality at Stonewall Resort while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and teamwork as per service standards. Follow safety procedures. Perform opening and closing procedures for the retail shop, collect all monies and charges, complete accounting paperwork, assist with merchandising, maintain stocking, and uphold sanitation and safety throughout the work area. Provide assistance in other job classifications as needed.

Must wear a nametag and be well‑groomed, courteous, and helpful to guests and employees.

• Service oriented and provide excellent customer service; ability to interact well with others.
• Able to accurately handle cash; must have retail experience; lift & move 10-25 lbs. daily; communicate effectively and respectfully with co‑workers and guests.
• Proficient with point of sale computer system; prompt and dependable.
• Familiar with computer, keyboard, printer, fax machine, multi‑line phone system, e‑mail system, voicemail system, photocopier.

Base pay: $12.00 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
