Lead Customer Service Representative
A Lead Customer Service Representative will greet customers, operate the register, provide purchase suggestions, and occasionally support the food program. This role offers entry‑level management experience by leading shifts and maintaining high standards for store appearance while delivering fast and friendly service to customers.
Responsibilities- Greet customers, run the register, and process transactions
- Offer purchase suggestions and promote products
- Support the food program as needed
- Lead shifts on a regular basis, supervising a team of employees
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness in all areas
- Ensure regular and predictable on‑site attendance
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Retail or customer service experience
- Entry‑level management or cashiering experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Team‑player mindset with leadership potential

- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, including climbing ladders to retrieve materials or remove signs
- Eye‑hand coordination required for manual tasks
